The new and indigenously
developed wire nails making machines are the culmination of our wide
experience in the field and continous development of the product. Ingenious
construction and simple maintenance allows easy operations and high quality
nails. Economic round indexable dyes for quick and multiple settings. Nails

Construction Features: Our construction principle is
absolute relaibility. Components are made from the highest qualtiy material
and passed through hardest test of quality control.
Drive: The drive is by well-proved 3 shaft system. The
main shaft controls the heading operation while 2-side-shaft control the
clamping and cutting movements.
Crankshaft: The crankshaft of high quality steel is
carefully balanced during manufacturing. It is checked by ultrasonic
scanning for cracks in material. The smooth running that comes of careful
load balancing.
Bevel Gear: The bevel gear made from EN-36 steel, teeth
cutting on bevel generating machine, and runs in oil-bath chamber.
Wire Feed: The wire feed is arranged with lever. The
setting of the desired lenght of wire conveniently and quickly.
Bearing: All bush bearing are made form special metals.
Lubrication: All lubrication points are served by a
centralised pressure lubrication system. (These nail making machines can be
equipped with automatic cyclical lubrication unit to order.)
Standard Accessories: Electric Motor, Starter, Belts, One
set of Tooling, Wire Stand and Hand Operated Lubricating Pump.
Optional Accessories: Additional sets of Tooling.

MachineThis machine has been introduced with of four fold increase
in efficiency and production. Minutely finished flute rolls are mounted on
roller bearings. Teh setting of the flute roll is from one side only. A
motor is fitted to keep the gum rolls rotation for agitation of the gum
while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. A steam shower is
provided for perfuct formation of the flutes. A motorised self loading reel
stand is provided along the machine. Cnetralised lubrication system is
provided to the machine.Available in four different models.
